📦 Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Our products ship directly from international warehouses in China.
- Processing time: 2–3 business days
- Shipping time: 7 business days after dispatch
⏰ During peak times, such as holidays (especially Christmas), dispatch may take a little longer.

💥 Damaged Goods
We do our best to pack every order securely, but sometimes couriers drop the ball.
If your item arrives damaged, take a few clear photos and email them to support@fursentials.co.uk — we’ll make it right.
🛑 Order Changes & Cancellations
Changed your mind?
No problem — you can cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase.
If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive, then request a return for a full refund.

Please allow 14 days from dispatch before reaching out.
If it still hasn’t arrived after that, just email us — we’ll either resend your order or issue a full refund. Your choice.
